if I'm not wrong , after alot of research and reflexion that is what I concluded .
to finish I think Desire HD vibrating without Power up is HW issues .
mainly due to EMMC . SanDisk SDIN5C2-8G , MMC/flash Memory IC .
I noticed during Jtag scan sometimes this error '' Flash ID can't be detected'' .
and everytime Flash IC was detected , I had bad Vref Voltage , which not allowed to write dump or repair boot .
Normal Vref is 2.xxV but I had always 1.xxV and with Density:0 ( right is Density:4096MB ) .to finish I think Desire HD vibrating without Power up is HW issues .

when Vibrate only it's not detectible by Pc on USB , detectible via usb if you keept JTag Jig connected .

better is to let's know your opinion about it . I have one Phone in same condition .
but I cannot work on it now , becoz my hot air ( yaxun 881d ) gun is damaged days ago .
didnt yet found a replacement gun . it will be better if I could try one to confirm my idea .
but once done I will give feedback. Ps : I'm humain like you and maybe I'm wrong so help ...
