HTC Desire HD Vibrate 4/7 Times and not power up survey result .

if I'm not wrong , after alot of research and reflexion that is what I concluded .
to finish I think Desire HD vibrating without Power up is HW issues .
mainly due to EMMC . SanDisk SDIN5C2-8G , MMC/flash Memory IC .

I noticed during Jtag scan sometimes this error '' Flash ID can't be detected'' .
and everytime Flash IC was detected , I had bad Vref Voltage , which not allowed to write dump or repair boot .
